you may obtain a State of Louisiana employment application from
the Civil Service Testing Office in Baton Rouge or New Orleans,
at any Job Service Office, or from any State agency.
The application can also be downloaded at the
Department
of Civil Service website.
You
may submit a completed employment application,
which will be kept on file for one (1) year, to:
